Was there ever a time that you ever really honestly found comfort and excitement in a sport, from an outdoor or indoor aspect, What was that!
When would you honestly say you stepped away from that activity and passion or interest? was that a big change to your fulfillment compared to when you did it? what did you feel was lost and how did you adjust to that change?

I can ramble on about my achievements and where I am right now on that score but i don’t see how that will help you to make changes, No, instead I want for you to participate in this review on
WHAT IS FITNESS AND WELLNESS
What does it really do for you, would you accredit a healthy lifestyle to eating sensibly [being informed]
Do you consider that to get to the ideal level of health and fitness means to use daily natural ingredients, or added supplements, does the idea of inducing enhancers like, enriched minerals, proteins, acidic acids, amino acids, mixed compound formulas, effectively promote what we hope to achieve and attain?
Can you tell me if you ever had situations using any of these listed or more that assisted your goals, or acted in reverse to your plans and achievements, Did you reach the optimum effect using them and what was the period of optimum effect that you realized it was working.
Reading news regularly, I found that the desires to be active and certainly out and about is the primary passion for most everyone, but what I am uncertain about is the focus may be off the topic of fitness and more on travel,
I appreciate that that is also a means of sport and activities, but what I was hoping to find was a real drive to hear and see others coming out the covid lockdown, with real intent and priority to getting back in shape like no other time in history.
What is your opinion of the situation and are we geared up to take the challenges of getting our health to a level above what we had previously pre covid-19?
If there were three priorities in your life now regarding wellbeing, family health, and personal improvement which of these would you promote in order of priority
Get involved in a new sport or activity [includes family/ independently]
get involved in local competitions, group meetings, and so forth?
Do some activities but keep loose without commitment, [as and when feel aspect]
CHOICE AND DECISIONS
When you make choices or plans how are you at keeping to them? do you find it changes based on your mood, friend influences, family, or work
What passion like football for example, or golf, would you never fail to go see or take part in, at any cost. If you have any of these vices, it says only that you are selective, you make things happen because you are hard-wired to what you love, thereby making a commitment to them comes at any sacrifice to other less important things., interesting right?
Well, I have to admit that I stand on that platform, where commitment to something I see clear benefits that enrich my situation, health, finances, family, or love. and making sacrifices to maintain them is not much of a sacrifice, instead, it is a priority and decision based on my choice, Basically
CHOICE AND DECISION go hand in hand in reaching our goals.
SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES
We naturally need to keep our motor called body in good form, firing on all cylinders, ruining at optimum, but for long term endurance and quality life, it needs to be maintained like any other machine, not to say that I regard it as a machine but in a metabolic aspect it appears to manage like a machine through an organic version.
MAINTENANCE THE TOUGH FACTOR
Our bodies will run on and on sometimes breaking what is considered as a normal lifetime, some people can live up to and over 100 years old, why is that possible do you think! is it simply because of good quality in living standards luck in not having a disease, having medical care whenever they needed it? perhaps a less stressful life?
HELL NO! NOT QUITE!
Would you be surprised to know that in the majority of cases it was a simple lifestyle? Traditional medicines, Hardworking backgrounds, and environments.

I have friends and family who suffered various types of debilitating and life-taking disease
COUSIN ~ USA
My cousin, from the UK a smart young guy, we grew up together, he studied and moved to Stock trading, after reaching the age of 26, suddenly he had symptoms that tired him and made him feel sick often, having no illnesses in the family history he decided to see the doctor, one week later he was prescribed with MS multiple sclerosis (advanced)? WHAT!
Blown away and in shock, he was left to see the rest of his 4-month life disappeared with a once strong future fading into the distance, his body deterioration and demobilized, sadly he later passed away!
TEENAGE BUDDY~ UK
Paul, a Very good friend many years, strong links between us and experiences to bolster long term confidences, after looking after his Father of 60-70 was left to make the plans when the old man passed on, Later Married a great lady who had parents one disabled the other, later also fell ill unable to get about!
PAUL AND WIFE ~UK
Spent the majority of their married lives looking after his wife’s Parents moving in to simplify the process in the same house, 10 years later one parent dies the other distraught and became worse, and one year later she passes away too.
Now my friend and his wife had the chance to live their lives, another spanner in the machinery occurs, Paul at 55 suffered a fall and had hip joint issues, leaving him with pain and inability to get around as he was always an outdoors person, Costly hip operation and low income was not a good mix, even on the national health service [UK]
LEON SINGAPOREAN ~ CHINESE
A friend of incredible intelligence and armed forces background, a real communicator in difficult engagements he was tasked to resolved, studied in UK lived, worked and married to a Chinese national and a son of 7.
Leon was always a person to find a great conversation in at any time, he also was a proficient Latin dancer, in Beijing and Shenzhen, However, in 2020, while on leave with family in China, he was in a bar engaged with a friend and barman in his usual meaningful discussions, A group of guys arrived and got heckled with the barman on something or another.
Leon as is his nature interceded and apparently quelled what was likely to be a heated nasty outcome. all seemingly was resolved and everyone went on their way, but that was to change, on returning home from the bar Leon was surrounded by the same group of guys and beaten to death mercilessly, broken ribs, jaw, arm, and punctured lungs left him in a coma for weeks where he never regained consciousness and died.
Morals in Life!
We have a life but are we making the best of it, fulfilling and aspiring to what we claim as a better life, quality, moral values, and application in daily practice in attaining these goals, need I say if you don’t use it you will either regret or lose it and without choices
